We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Paypal.
We use Paypal as our checkout system which insures confidentiality and secure payment. You do NOT have to have a Paypal account to pay with us. You will be directed to Paypal's secure server upon checkout. You can pay with a standard credit card here by entering your billing and credit card information. Otherwise, you can sign in to an existing Paypal account from this page.
After payment you will be directed back to our website.
| | | How are your clothes sized?
As a rule our sizes are based on your pre-pregnancy sizes. For more details please visit our sizing page.
| | | Shipping Questions?
All of our orders are sent UPS ground shipping for a flat rate of $5.00.
We can offer faster shipping if you need it for an additional cost, please email us at info@bellabmaternity.com so that we can get the right shipping option squared away for you.
| | | Do you offer gift wrapping?
All of our products, except for our diaper bags, come packaged in a gift ready presentation box. The presentation boxes feature a clear window top allowing you to view the specific product inside. They are chocolate brown with colored stripes. 3 colors are available- blush pink, aqua blue, and pistachio. Boxes are topped with a satin ribbon bow, ready to give!
You can request a specific color in the comment section of your order otherwise we will select at our discretion. The boxes are 5 1/2" square by 4" tall.
| | | Do you offer custom orders?
Absolutely! If you have an idea that you would like to see on one of our shirts please email us and we can produce it for you. The cost for custom orders is $38.00 and can take from 1-3 weeks to process and ship.
| | | Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you have a defect or are unhappy with your purchase please contact us so that we can re-order your product or come to an acceptable solution.
Any generic tees are available for exchange only, no refunds. Exchanges are for size exchange only or for any product of equal or lesser value.
Any personalized tees are not available for exchange or return, please double check spelling and sizing before ordering. If you need to change any specifications immediately following your order please contact Bella B.
All returns or exchanges must be made within 45 days of purchase date.
