The Confetti tutu made of the softest tulle for your little princess! "Confetti" is made of 3 alternating colors- punk purple, cotton candy pink, and electric lime. Each tutu is true couture, hand sewn, and made to order for your baby. Waist bands are elastic to allow for expanding room.
