Wholesale orders will be held to the following
Terms & Conditions listed below.
Minimum Orders: There is a minimum of $200 for first time orders. Diaper Bags have an individual minimum of 12 bags. No minimums on wholesale Re-orders.
Payments: Bella accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal. Invoices for Paypal will be emailed to the retailer for payment. Orders must be paid for in full when order ships. No COD.
Shipping: Orders will ship within 1-2 weeks for in-stock items. Backordered items may take up to 6 weeks to ship. Payment will not be collected until items are shipped. Shipping is done with UPS Ground or USPS Priority from Littleton, Colorado. Other shipping options and expedited options are available at the retailer’s expense.
Returns/Exchanges: Returns will be accepted for damaged items only, this does not apply to improper care or normal wear and tear. All returns must be made within 45 days of purchase. Damaged items will be replaced. No refunds. If item is no longer available Bella is authorized to replace with an item of equal value.
Claims: Retailer is responsible for monitoring incoming orders for correct order amounts, sizing, and damages. Bella must be notified of any such issues within 7 days of receipt of shipment. Bella is not responsible for product damages from Retailer to customers.
Advertising/Representation: Bella must approve all ads and claims about our products. For online representation, we reserve the right to request removal of items that have been misrepresented. Contact us for product information pictures or other information if needed.
Collection: If collection services are needed to collect payment for past due orders, Retailer is responsible for all costs incurred.
These Terms & Conditions apply to each order and may be modified by Bella B LLC at any time. Retailers are required to obtain necessary registrations, licenses, and permits required to conduct business at their own expense. Each order confirms the Retailers agreement to the Terms & Conditions outlined above.
By signing order agreements, Retailer agrees to indemnify, protect, hold harness, and defend Bella B, LLC from and against all losses, damages, or claims related to loss or damage. Retailer agrees that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms listed above.
